Boys’ JV Soccer Falls in Tough Match-up vs. St. Andrews
- Julian Gross scored the lone Mariner goal in the match.
Rocky Hill School Boys’ JV Soccer couldn’t keep pace with the visiting St. Andrews squad, falling 1-6 in their home opener. Chase Schulte faced an onslaught of shots, recording several saves and keeping the score from escalating further.
“This wasn’t our strongest showing,” said Coach Heise, “but St. Andrews is a strong program and we look forward to playing them again this season.”

Good effort throughout. Congrats to Steven Wen for his first goal!

Solid effort against a tough opponent. Kyle Finn was solid in net, and the defense stepped up in the second half.
