Mindful Moment…
Mindfulness has found a positive, peaceful, and valuable niche within our Lower School community.

Adults and children often find themselves waiting, so here’s what you can do to enjoy the moment…
Wait: A Mindfulness Practice for Waiting in Line

Our 5th grade leaders, Isabella and Patrick, set a mindfulness intention for everyone at our recent Lower School Gathering.  Patrick recited a mindfulness poem for children that he and Isabella selected to capture the moment.
