30 Minutes Outside!
Mindful Moment…
Mindfulness has found a positive, peaceful, and valuable niche within our Lower School community.
Our recent 5th grade Lower School Gathering leaders, Jillian and Katie, did a wonderful job setting a kindness intention for us to reflect on while listening to the sound of our singing bowl. As part of this intention (and with Poetry Month in mind), they recited a kindness poem. Setting intentions prior to ringing the bowl is our standard closing activity for our weekly Preschool-Grade 5 community gatherings.
