3D Modeling, Coding & Design Learning Opportunities
for 4th, 5th & Middle School Students!
BlocksCAD, one of our LearnLaunch Partners is now offering a free personalized, self-paced online course for our interested students in your age group. This opportunity is (for the moment) limited to 3 users, who will receive 30 minutes of BlocksCAD coaching per week for 8-10 weeks, around your schedule, and based on your skills and interest areas of 3D design and coding. You will also receive two 3D printed models of projects you have created. This unique, individualized opportunity allows you to get your feet wet with coding and 3D modeling, or to advance your existing skill set and deepen your understanding.  Please contact Director of Innovation, Mrs. Stowe, if you are interested. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-K Students Prepare for Kindergarten!

To ensure the smoothest transition from preschool to kindergarten, our Pre-K students will spend time each week visiting and getting to know the Kindergarten classroom, routine, and teacher, Mrs. Marcus!


1st Grade Field Trip to South Bay Veterinary Hospital

2nd Grade Meets with Scientist, Dr. Brett Still
Thursday, March 29
Dr. Brett Still, one of New England’s leading environmental and natural resource experts, will be speaking to and teaming-up with, Eric Wyzga and the 2nd grade students for the next couple of weeks. He is an expert on coastal studies, as well as a professor at URI. On Thursday, he will be kicking-off their Science unit on the Earth’s surface and giving the students a challenge that will really create a need to know about the earth, soil, sand, erosion, and more!
