Net Week’s News! 1/10/2016

It was so good to come back to school this past week. I can’t believe how much your children grew over vacation!

We will continue our study of snow and winter next week. The books we will be reading will include:
“I Am Snow” by Jean Marzollo and Judith Mofatt
“White Snow Bright Snow” by Alvin Tresselt and Roger Duvoisin
“Owl Moon” by Jane Yolen and John Schoenherr
“The Jacket I Wear in the Snow” by Shirley Neitzel and Nancy Winslow Parker

We went on a walk to the waterfront Friday to see the changes that winter brings. Ask your kiddos about the red-tailed hawk we saw!
